ACCESS MEMBERSHIP HOW-TO GUIDE

  1. Visit the Access Membership sign up page
  2. If you already have an account with The Old Vic, you will now be prompted to log in. If you don’t have an account, you will be prompted to sign up instead.
  3. Once you have logged in or signed up, you will be automatically re-directed to the Access Membership page. You will then be able to opt in to receive Access news, to be kept up to date with new show announcements and upcoming Access performances.
  4. Click ‘update preferences’ to save your choices and proceed
  5. You will then be re-directed to the Stage page of the website. If you want to start booking tickets straight away, ensure you’ve logged out and then log back in to the website via www.oldvictheatre.com/account — this will activate your Membership
  6. Select a show of your choice. You should now be able to pick up tickets at the Access rate*.

As an Access Member you can select wheelchair spaces online (look for the yellow seats with a wheelchair symbol) and companion seats (also yellow next to the wheelchair seats) and buy tickets in specific areas of the auditorium which have recommended views for Audio Described, Captioned and British Sign Language Interpreted performances.

If you encounter any issues as part of this process, please give us a call on 0344 871 7628 or email box.office@oldvictheatre.com

*The Access rate is not available on Premium and Charitable tickets, except on Audio Described, British Sign Language (BSL) Interpreted, Captioned and Relaxed performances. Access rate is £23.50–£26.50 for Arcadia, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and A Christmas Carol.
